The location was awesome and stunning, near to souvenir shops, restaurants, banks, and a big supermarket. The room had astonishing views of the sea.

Enjoyable overall experience. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including coffee, tea, toast, fruit and eggs. Reasonably large, brand-new rooms, clean pool. Early check-in, parking right outside. Not to mention reliable wifi!

I was there for 1 night and would happily go back again. The breakfast was lovely and the parking was right outside. Units with new design. The location was best possible, really close to close to good beach as well as the ocean side of the main road.

The coral sanctuary is conveniently located near the hotel, just a short 10-minute walk away. Hikkaduwa can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. The neighborhood around Hikkaduwa Beach is worth exploring. Villa 468 is a recommended base for a city break.

We had a fantastic stay at a small and quiet hotel just off the beach. The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even went the extra mile to organize transport for our surfboards at a reasonable price. The hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. We were also impressed with their honest recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing tours. we were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast and dinner were complimentary and delicious. The hotel’s location was perfect, one block away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the town.
The towels in the room were old and rough, they need to be replaced. The shower water pressure was low, making it difficult to take a proper shower.
